Our Recruitment Process

At SRK Overseas Nepal, our recruitment process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and compliant with the regulations set by the Government of Nepal. We ensure that all manpower deployment is completed smoothly and within the stipulated timeframe.

Required Documents

To obtain pre-approval from the Department of Labor, the following documents are required. Each document must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Nepal Embassy in the employer’s country.

1. Demand Letter: Specifies job categories, salary, number of workers, benefits (food, accommodation, insurance, transportation), and must be addressed to SRK Overseas Nepal (P.) Ltd. It requires attestation from the Chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the company seal and authorized signature.

2. Power of Attorney:  Grants SRK Overseas Nepal (P.) Ltd. (Lic No. 1156/073/074) legal authority to act on behalf of the employer. It must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and bear the company seal and signature.

3. Employment Contract: This agreement has to be provided by the employing company to SRK Overseas Nepal (P.) Ltd. stating clearly all the terms and conditions regarding individual worker as per the demand letter. This contract has to bear the company seal and signed by the authorized person.

4. Service Agreement: This agreement paper should be provided by the employ ng company to the SRK Overseas Nepal (P.) Ltd. has to bear the company seal and authorized signature. This is the mutual agreement between the employing company and the recruiting company of Nepal.

5. Guarantee Letter: This is the assurance letter from the employing company regarding the employee and their all round care up. Guarantee letter has to be attested from the chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the concern country and has to bear the company seal and authorized sign.
